No class tonight!

Just a reminder that the “Dream…Plan…Achieve” event is approaching in less than 2 weeks (Nov. 18th, 6pm-8:30pm) at Eden Prairie campus. The event will start in the auditorium at 6pm.
**The BIG News is that our GRAND PRIZE will be 2 roundtrip airfare tickets to anywhere in the country (no blackout dates!) and many, many $50, $25, giftcards and CULVER’s ice cream.
This event is made possible through a grant we received from the American Assoc. of Community Colleges called “Make It Personal: College Completion” and is designed to encourage student retention by making students aware that an unplanned pregnancy (almost certainly a second unplanned pregnancy) will make college completion very difficult.
There will be a short video played in the auditorium at 6:15pm and then students will visit several life-planning informational tables/tables to explore various aspects of life-planning (career, educational, contraception, childcare support , etc.). There will be prizes, games, and great refreshments provided.
